Cousins visit!!

The boys and I are so sad that all our cousins live either an hour away or far away. Its kinda sad for these guys because they are not growing up with cousins like everyone else around us. :( So when we do see our relatives its exciting and so fun. I really love our times spent with these cousins, and truly look up to my cousin Joe and his wife Maria. They are amazing parents and have beautiful children with one on the way. I am so happy for them!
With that being said, enjoy some pictures of our visit with them at Farmers market.

Sorry I didn't get your whole face in the pic Maria. : /
Or this one....

Look at the cute baby Therese is holding. And guess what... its a DOLL! Isn't that crazy, it looks so real. I guess the lady who was selling them paints them and sticks in the oven :0 lol and then sews the rest of the body on. I think I heard someone say they are $80 for one.

Well Therese was fascinated by this baby. :)

Boys, boys. They thought it was hilarious to lay under the swing.

Therese didn't much like this idea.

Buddies.

Carter loved hanging out with Patrick.

These pics will be so fun to look back at when they get older.

Maria and I.  :)

V.B.S. Agents only!! Agency D3

We had a great week at V.B.S. It was called Agency D3, so you can imagine the boys loved to pretend they were special agents. Agents had to discover, decide and defend who Jesus really is.
Each day we also had to dress up in agent disguises and I was one of the craft teachers so I had to join in the fun too. :)

Day 1: Agent Disguise: BEACH BUM

Day 2: Agent Disguise: Hat Hider (they did wear hats, but not until we got to V.B.S.) Conner brought his friend Carson with. :)
Day 3: Agent Disguise: Tacky tourist ( we all mis- matched)

Day 4: Agent Disguise: Horrible Hair

Day 5: Agent Disguise: Special Agent 007 Day

Wrap up night!

Real quick, a garden update. Our beautiful radish and we have quite a few!

Pontooning

This weekend we were able to finally take the pontoon out, we were very excited. We went to Prairie lake, but hardly caught any fish, Josh just caught two small bass. So after an hour of fishing we went swimming by a little island.

We are hoping to have lots more adventures on the pontoon.

Also this little lady was laying her eggs where Josh and I were fishing, so neat. Growing up in town I never saw stuff like this so I thought it was pretty amazing, while Josh was just like yaya I've seen it lots of times (because he grew up in the country by a river).

The fireflies are out this summer!!!!!

I just had to share this A.S.A.P.
Conner and I noticed some green lights in the field tonight and guess what... they were FIREFLIES! We never saw them much in town, so now that were out of town, there are alot of them. Conner and I were catching them until 10 p.m. so fun. I showed him how to catch them with a jar, he loved it and didn't want to stop until we heard stuff moving in the woods, then we decided it was time to go in.

Hope you all have a great weekend!
Its a busy one for us, graduation party, 5k run/walk and the annual Aquafest parade.

Also we got to go over to Uncle Pete and Aunt Brendas tonight and held some chickens, pet the horses and played with the dogs. Great evening!
