I try every year to do those things this year i failed a bit and did get pretty sick. my oldest son who is in kindergarten got sick quite a few times also. this is his first time in school and all this sickness is new to his immune system. we have a new rule now, everyday after school as soon as he steps in the door he washes his hands really well. 

dr. hyman also explains more about the flu shot and who really needs it and who DOESN'T. my family and i do not get the flu shot, i have never been too thrilled about it and do believe if you eat healthy and take the right vitamins and minerals and among other ways to stay healthy you can prevent getting the flu. MY ESSENTIAL OILS ALSO HELP.

On the way to the cities in Menominee, there was at least 15 vehicles in the ditch from slippery roads! We had to wait an hour to move from this point.

I thought these jellyfish were the best. Conner and Carter kept saying, wow mom you got stung by one of these (when I was in Florida, I got stung by one and the lifeguard put meat tenderizer on my bite, ya I will never forget it).

2nd time at underwater world in the same day!

 We walked , rode on rides, saw sharks, jellyfish and stingrays among other crazy sea creatures and stayed at a hotel and went swimming until 9:30 p.m. Wow, no wonder they fell asleep as soon as we left the parking lot. 

Then when we got home we started working on the legos from Lego Land. I helped Conner, Josh helped Carter.
