I hope everyone had a safe and good Christmas.
Christmas eve we went to my moms for her birthday and our family Christmas party. Really nice time, my sister Jennifer came, who I hadn't seen for a year. Then my Aunt Gail and cousin Adam stopped to drop off gifts. It was very nice to see them also. Adam is getting married in July, so it was nice to visit with him.
My mom, Michelle, her kids, my boys and even my dad and sophie went to the Christmas Eve service at Maranatha. Great service and the boys sat quiet the whole hour! It was great. They loved the candle part, Carter loved it so much he kept trying to grab it and almost made me drop it. I guess everyone enjoyed the service. After all that we went to the Convalescent center and sang Christmas songs and gave out treats. This was at about 7pm. Courtney, Michelles oldest had to do a good deed, so this was it. She helped hand out treats, definitly made some elderly people have a nice Christmas Eve.
We got home, had the boys take a quick bath, then they got to open a couple gifts, so Conner picked one package, and it was his gun with a scope on it. He was very happy. Then Conner and Carter got matching Pjs. Love it!
Our Christmas was nice, except Carter had the flu all day until around 3pm. He did ok and actually played in between being sick. We had made plans to go over to my dads to celebrate Christmas with him and his friend Sophie. So Carter was feeling pretty good so we kept our plans and went over to my dads. We had a really nice time. Sophie made a really awesome turkey and everything else that goes with it. She also made two apple pies.
The boys got some nice gifts from my dads trip to Israel. ( I didnt bring my camera that day so there is no pics to put on here right now, sorry). We even went for a walk in the woods behind my dads house for a nice evening stroll with a lantern. Very nice.

This gun was a gift from my Aunt and Uncle. It had a note saying, heres a gun since you didn't get to go out hunting this year. haha It is a lighter, really cool. I needed one like this for my candles. Thanks!
