Pre-k

This little guy started Pre-k. I was told I would probably cry and my husband said he was going to buy me a box of Kleenex, but I said naw I'll be fine. Ha, no I wasn't, I cried just as I was leaving and his teacher looked at me with the saddest face. I know she sees that alot, so its ok.
Anyway, I am all better now and I really enjoy listening to him tell me all about his adventures at school.
This nice weather has me bringing this guy to school everyday on my bike.

Canning pickles~!

Josh and I got the boys to bed and did some pickling. Josh got a bunch of cucumbers from a friends garden (we didn't have enough cucumbers turn out from our garden). We used Joshs great grandmas recipe for bread and butter pickles. We are so excited to try them and see how they turned out!

Our first pumpkin from our garden!

Have a blessed week!!

1st grade!

My big guy started 1st grade today! I am so excited for him and what he will learn this year. He also bagged me to sign him up for Cub scouts, so we talked about it and will go to a meeting next week. I think it will be great for him and he has some friends already signed up in it.
Next week Carter starts preschool, Josh said he is going to buy me a box of Kleenex as I will need them.

Birthday parties and flying kites

It was a wonderful day to have a birthday party and not just for one kid but for three boys. We had a great time and flying the kite at the end of the party was a blast. Enjoy the pictures.....

All the kids got to dress up as whatever they could find in the costume box.

They even had a jump house!
