Mrs. Robin and her one sweet little baby

A few weeks ago my mom noticed a robin building a nest inside her wreath right next to her garage door, ya what a place to pick Mrs. Robin. Well she put it there and stayed there, she started with three little blue eggs and a week later we noticed there was only one egg left, so sad. When we go over there it is really hard to stay away from that area since its right by the house, so we didn't know how long she would last there, well she has been there for a few weeks now and when we walk by she fly's away, but as soon as we are gone she is right back to her one egg that is left, what a dedicated mother, wow.  We had to go over there this afternoon and Josh looked in the nest quick and here there was a baby robin, just a day old or so. The cutest little thing, and the mother let all of us look at her sweet baby, but as soon as we were leaving she flew back with her mate and they sat looking at there baby together, we even seen them "kiss". So cute!
We are having a garage sale this weekend, so we are hoping the baby will be ok as the mother will probably not be around too much with all the people. Too bad we couldn't move it, but that wouldn't be a good idea.

This past week we went to Awanas award night for Conner to get his award for finishing his Cubbies book and saying all his verses.Proud of him. He only missed one night of Cubbies also, which is awesome.
After all the awards were given they had a few more awards to give. So Sabrina ( one of the leaders of Awanas) had everyone do a standing ovation for me, because I didn't miss a night of volunteering in Awanas. I was surprised, but very happy, she handed me flowers and a nice card. Very nice of them to notice every one who volunteered. I really enjoyed volunteering this year and thank God I didn't miss any nights.

Babysitting Kash!!

This is going to be kinda quick. Today the boys and I got to babysit Jeff (Beckys B/f) and Beckys puppy, Kash. He is a red nose/bull dog, I believe. He is so cute I had to post some pics of him. Conner loves him and they both play really good with him. Hopefully soon we can get our won puppy, but for now we have Kash.

Also, we might be able to buy a house soon, please keep this in your prayers. We are waiting for approval for this, if its Gods will hopefully we can get our own house. :)

SpRiNg!!

Sorry its been awhile. We had a nice Easter. On good Friday we went to the Easter Alive play at Shell Lake Full Gospel. It was a hour and forty-five minute play, and my boys sat through the whole thing. My mother n law went with, so she helped. It was a good play and Conner enjoyed it. Then Easter sunday we went to church and then to Joshs mom and dads for Supper.
The next day I had ear pain and here I go to the doctor and find out I had ear infection in both my ears, that was not fun. But the good Lord gave me strength and helped me through and continue to do everything I usually would do. I couldn't hear out of both ears and I still cant hear out of my right ear very well. But its not painful anymore, thank God. Conner is almost done with Awanas, he said all his verses and he had a perfect attendance until last Wednesday when he was a little under the weather. He did very good though I am very proud of him for saying all of them, he has a very good memory. He is done with school the end of May so that will be a nice break. Then back to First Lutheran in the fall for four days of school instead of just three. He has the same teacher this fall though, so thats good.

                                                     Hope everyone is doing great!
