Memorial Day weekend and the old house that burnt down

Our weekend started on thursday, Josh took off two extra days to go fishing. So thursday afternoon we went fishing. Didn't catch anything! Water is too cold yet, I guess. Then friday afternoon we went to Campground and started our first camping adventure of the summer. We had fun, it rained and was a bit chilly out, but other than that it was nice. We also went fishing friday afternoon on Red Cedar, still no fish. So we decided to go back to campground and had some supper. Then Becky, me, Conner, and Carter went for a nice bike ride. After the bike ride me and Becky decided to go be adventurous and check out this old house that had just burnt down a week ago. Such a beautiful house. It was at least a 100 years old. The original family still own it and came back there in summer once in awhile. We went up there last summer on the mule (go cart type of thing) and looked at it when it was still there. So much history there you can just feel it, very interesting. So we got some good pictures and headed back to the campground. We all slept well friday night, Carter rolled around the bed in the pop up for awhile and didnt fall asleep until about 10:30. Which is very late for him, but took him awhile in new place. Saturday I went to a few garage sales and found some very cool sea shells from Hawaii for 25 cents. What a deal! The boys love them. Then I went by Tagalong and explored there a bit, never been there before. So saturday eveining we had our smores by the bonfire and then left for home.
                                Beautiful lillys!
                            Joshs fish on our wall
                                           Carter ready to fish
The house burnt down from lightning strike!

This picture amazes me, the chairs were all very clear in person and much whiter didn't look like this at all. But then this picture makes them look like they are barely there. Like there saying were old  and fading just like the house.

                Old basketball court behind house.
                                         Teeter totter!

                              Yard in front of house
Me and Carter in the pop up.

                                                      Out fishing with the family!
My flowers and tomatoes and peppers. Hoping they grow beautifully!
Baby robins by my moms house, so cute!
